• Engagement in the private PAC Facebook Group for discussions, resource sharing, and networking.
• Participation in monthly events, webinars, and professional challenges to further your skills and expertise.

Member Responsibilities

1. Content Usage and Restrictions:
• All templates, marketing materials, presentations, and educational content provided by PAC are for personal use only.
• Members are strictly prohibited from:
• Sharing PAC content with non-members.
• Selling PAC content in any form.
• Using PAC content to create competing platforms or educational programs.
• Violation of this policy will result in immediate membership termination and further action as deemed necessary by the PAC team.

1. Professional Integrity:
• Members are expected to uphold PAC’s mission of serving seniors with compassion, expertise, and innovation.
• Collaboration and respectful engagement with fellow members are required.
2. Payment Terms:
• Membership fees will be billed monthly. Non-payment or repeated late payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.

Termination and Refund Policy

• Voluntary Termination: Members may cancel their membership at any time by notifying the PAC team at [email protected]. Membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Involuntary Termination: Members violating the terms of this agreement will be removed from the platform immediately, and access to resources and groups will be revoked. No refunds will be issued for such terminations.

Photo Disclosure

You acknowledge that The Productive Aging Collective may use recorded calls for the creation of marketing content.
Consent to these terms gives the full use of your name and image in any assets obtained during P.A.C. calls. Usage rights do not expire.
