Cory Boldroff
Cory Boldroff is a Certified Real Estate Planner helps families plan for the future and beyond. His team specializes in helping seniors and their families downsize, relocate and transition into assisted living. As a Pac coach he opens up his playbook that has allowed him to grow his team to 23, help over 100 families a year and become one of the top 1% agents in the country. Â

Felicia Saraceno
Felicia has a distinct passion for working with seniors. She is a certified dementia practitioner (CDP) and core trained administrator with over fifteen years of experience in the senior living industry. Her experience includes roles as Executive Director and Sales and Marketing Director assisting seniors, families, and their loved ones with the transition to assisted living, memory care and continuing care retirement communities. She has extensive knowledge, pulse and skills in SWFL’s senior living communities and guides families to the perfect solution for each of their unique needs. Felicia’s compassion and empathy in this area provides those she serves with overall peace of mind. She holds special designations as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), among others including Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS). Her passion to assist seniors does not stop here, she also loves to educate and empower fellow agents across the nation who want to serve seniors find their forever home. She has assisted over 360 seniors transition to senior living.Â
Felicia feels family is not just an important thing, it’s everything. Much of Felicia’s perseverance comes from her family’s legacy of entrepreneurship and family roots derived from her great-uncle Farina’s fine design collaboration of Ferrari & Farina. Felicia grew up in Connecticut and moved to Naples full time in 2016 after vacationing here for many years. She enjoys spending time with her fellow sports car enthusiast husband and daughter, horseback riding, boating, and traveling.

Gretchen Kingma
Gretchen Kingma is a highly accomplished REALTOR and occupational therapist ranked among the Top 100 Keller Williams agents in her five-state region. With credentials in accessibility and aging-in-place (OTR/L, CAPS, ECHM), she specializes in creating thoughtful housing solutions for clients.
Her expertise has been featured in the AOTA Practice Journal, and she has authored and delivered a state-approved 3-hour curriculum for the Missouri Real Estate Commission. Passionate about merging healthcare and real estate, Gretchen has helped over 300 families achieve their housing goals and continues to mentor others in the industry.
Gretchen is also the official “Chaos Coordinator” unit, which is comprised of a husband, Jeremy, and two crazy kids, “A” and “B”. The Kingma family loves doing everything outside, from hanging out at their river cabin to duck hunting and fly fishing. Gretchen believes that imperfect action beats perfect inaction every single time, and she will encourage you to get into motion!
